Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound sausage

3 cups milk

9 eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon salt

3 slice white bread, 1/4 inch cubes

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage and drain off as much grease as possible. Mix milk and eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 x 12 oven proof dish. Bake 45 minutes to one hour until golden brown. This recipe may be frozen before cooking. Thaw over night in refrigerator or add cooking time if cooked frozen.
