This is my well-loved copy of my mom’s cookbook from 1997 called “The Pleasures of Cooking.” She used the book to record and share recipes that built our family, and this site has the same intent.

I’m capitalizing on Luke’s strong desire to have an American Standard Fender Stratocaster to get him to transcribe all the recipes from my mom’s cookbook onto this website. Meanwhile I’m going to add some of my recent special dishes based on the ones I have cool photos for.

This is a site about enjoying food. Please add recipes so they are easy to find and the rest of us can enjoy them.
