Cooking Method: Baked

Spinach and Artichoke Casserole

A great way to make the dip masquerade as a vegetable! Similar to creamed spinach, this is a warm salty compliment to steaks.

Pumpkin Pie

You can buy pumpkin spice seasoning, but we prefer to toast and grind whole spices and use these proportions. This makes a robust and unique flavor you can customize over time to reflect your own personal taste! If this is too much trouble for you, buy the spices separately and blend them.

Pecan Pie

Are you into pee-cans or puh-cons? This is the pie for you! So easy to make, but such a warm chewy flavor. Try it!

Baked Ziti

This is a favorite recipe for entertaining or taking to a potluck. It can be made ahead, and make 2 casseroles of the recipe to feed 12 people. It's delicious with Italian bread and a salad.

Bobby’s Wonderful Pizza

This is another use of my basic dough recipe. It's all technique but you can get the chewy crust with big bubbles for a very Neapolitan experience!

Focaccia

This focaccia uses my basic 4 ingredient dough. It is light and fluffy because of the folding technique.

Crab Cakes

Amazing! This is my second crab cake recipe, the others are cooked in a pan like patties and turned, these are baked in a hot oven and barely held together, so the binder highlights the fresh and delicious crab. They say "Eat me!"

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I like fresh-baked cookies with residual warmth and gooey chocolate, so I put the finished dough into a container in the fridge and make small batches so we can have fresh hot cookies for a few days.

Fruit Galette

This is a rustic flat alternative to a pie, like an apple pie!

Bobby’s Whole Grain Bread

When I got tired of cooking in my bread machine, I wanted a bread recipe that was just as easy. This was the result.

Bobby’s Cornbread

Stone-ground or fresh-milled corn meal makes this a deep southern treat. Cut it like a pie and eat it warm with thick slathers of butter.

Nana Sybil’s Country Fruit Cobbler

Sybil mades this for Charlie all the time with fresh picked fruit. Delicious!!!

Potatoes Anna

This is au gratin potatoes, not Potatoes Anna. I think we should rename it but technically this is my mom's recipe and she does not accept the distinction between this dish and the browned crispy potato dish called Potatoes Anna.
