Pork Chops and Stuffing

Ingredients

4 lean boneless pork chops

3 cups soft bread crumbs

2 tablespoons onion, chopped

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

10 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chops on both sides and place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter and 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place mounds of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
