Pork Chop and Potato Scallop

Ingredients

4 pork chops

10 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 cup potatoes, sliced thin

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In casserole, alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and sauce. Top with chops. Cover and bake 1 hour.

Makes 4 servings.
