Pecan Pie

Are you into pee-cans or puh-cons? This is the pie for you! So easy to make, but such a warm chewy flavor. Try it!

Ingredients

1 9-inch pastry dough

3 eggs

1 cup light or dark corn syrup

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans.

Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.

Makes 8 servings
