Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

6 pounds cooked chicken, chopped

1 can water chestnuts, sliced

1 cup celery, diced

1 cup almonds, toasted

8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

3 mayonnaise

1 cup milk

Juice of 1 lemon

1 can chow mien noodles

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except the noodles. Pour into two 9 x 12 casseroles and top with noodles. Bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 16 servings.
