Crab Mount Airy

Ingredients

1 pound crabmeat

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk

1 egg

1 slice bread

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon onion, grated

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 dash Tabasco sauce

Corn flake crumbs or grated cheese topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Carefully pick all shells from crabmeat. Make one cup of medium white sauce. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir until bubbly. Add milk and stir until thickened. Add crab and all remaining ingredients except topping. Fill well greased baking shells or casserole, top with cornflakes, crumbs or grated cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
