Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1/2 pound semisweet chocolate

2 egg yolks

1 1/2 ounces unsalted butter

1 ounce sugar

1 pint heavy cream

2 ounces Grand Marnier

Directions

Melt Chocolate and butter over double boiler. Whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and whip until stiff. Whisk egg yolks and add melted chocolate and Grand Marnier. Add 2/3 whipped cream to mixture and fold with spatula. Add remaining whipped cream and fold. Spoon mixture into glasses and refrigerate until serving.

Makes 8 servings.
