Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine

3/4 cup celery, chopped

3/4 cup onion

18 ounce jar pasteurized processed cheese food

20 ounces frozen chopped broccoli

20 ounces canned cream of celery soup

2 cups quick cooking rice, uncooked

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 9 x 12 oven proof baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and rice is tender. This recipe may be cooked in microwave oven.

Makes 12 servings.
