Ingredients

2 pounds Whole Red Snapper or other whole fish, scaled and cleaned

(allows 1/2 pound per person0

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 fresh lemon, sliced thin

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish in oven proof pan. Rub fish with olive oil to prevent drying. Salt and pepper to taste. Place lemon slices over top of fish. Bake 10 to 15 minutes per pound.

Makes 4 servings.
