15 Minute Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 pound round steak, 1/4 inch thick

2/3 cup water

3 ounces sliced canned mushrooms with juice

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 cup sore cream

2 tablespoons flour

Noodles

Directions

Cut meat into thing slices. Brown in skillet in small amount of oil. Add water and mushrooms with juice. Stir in soup mix and heat to boiling. Blend in sour cream and flour and cook until thickened but no boiling. Cook noodles following package instructions and serve with stroganoff mixture.
