6 small fresh zucchini squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
4 ounces sour cream, optional
Directions
Add olive oil to large skillet and heat. Add zucchini and cook until golden brown over medium heat. Add garlic and cook one or two minutes. Be careful not to brown or scorch garlic as it will become bitter. Salt lightly and serve immediately. Top with sour cream for a special treat.
