Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients

1 flank steak

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons ginger

Directions

Place flank steak in 9 x 12 casserole or plastic storage bag. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over steak and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours or over night. Grill on charcoal grill to desired degree of doneness.
