Swiss Beef Fondue

Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, 1 inch thick cubes

2 cup salad oil

1/2 pound butter

Directions

Place steak onto plate. Serve sauces for dipping in small bowls. Many sauces may be used such as prepared barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce or sauces listed below. Place fondue pot in middle of table. Heat 2 inches of oil and pour into fondue pot. Dip bite size pieces of steak into cooking oil with long fondue fork. Cook to degree of doneness desired. Dip in sauce of choice. Try “Gentleman’s Choice Sauce and Bordelaise Sauce.”

Makes 4 servings.
