Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 pint raspberries

1/2 cup sugar

4 1/2 teaspoons Grand Marnier, optional

Directions

Purée raspberries in food processor. Strain through a fine sieve to remove seed. Heat raspberries, sugar and Grand Marnier in a heavy non-aluminum saucepan over low heat, swirling pan occasionally. Cool completely and keep refrigerated until serving. Good over ice cream or with chocolate desserts.
