Pineapple Lime Salad

Ingredients

6 ounces lime gelatin powder

2 cups water, boiling

2 1/2 cups canned crushed pineapple, drained

1 cup sour cream

Crushed pecans

Directions

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Add crushed pineapple and chill until thickened. Add sour cream and pour into a 1 1/2 quart ring mold. Chill until set.

Makes 12 servings.
