Ice Cream in a Bag

Ingredients

1/4 up Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute

1 cup milk

1 cup whipping cream

1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup rock salt

Ice

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients into a 1 quart freezer zip top bag and close. Pack a gallon bad with ice and 3/4 cup of rock salt. Place quart bag into gallon bag and close. Work bags back and forth for 15 minutes. It may help to use a tool or potholders. Drain off water and repack with ice and more salt and let stand for 15 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
