Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup butter or margarine

4 cups powdered sugar

2 2/3 cups evaporated milk

2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine chocolate and butter in microwave safe dish and microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes until mixture melts. Stir at one minute intervals. Gradually add sugar and milk and blend well. Cook 5 minutes at HIGH power until boiling. Stir at 2 minutes intervals. Remove from microwave. Stir in vanilla and salt. Serve warm. Store sauce in refrigerator
