Elbow Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 cup macaroni cooked by package instructions

3 hard cooked eggs, sliced

3 stalks celery, diced

1 tablespoon onion, chopped

1/2 small bottle stuffed olives, sliced

Salt and pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/8 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions

Cook macaroni by package directions. Toss with egg, celery, onion and olives. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar and vinegar and add to macaroni mixture. Chill.

Makes 6 servings.
