Chocolate Lace Baskets and Chocolate Writing

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray

6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels

6 ounces chocolate flavored candy coating

Chocolate Writing

Directions

Invert six 6 ounce custard cups onto cookie sheet. Cover each cup with aluminum foil. Coat with vegetable spray. Combine two chocolates in heavy freezer type zip top plastic bag. Microwave on high until melted. Check frequently to be sure not to scorch. All chocolate must be melted or the chocolate will clog the hole. Snip off small corner of bottom of bag. Slowly drizzle chocolate over each cup to form a lace basket. Chill in freezer. Remove cup and foil. Lace bowl will hold ice cream or pudding.

Chocolate Writing: Use the same technique and ingredients for decorative writing or designs. Write or draw directly on cake. Write on waxed paper and cool in refrigerator. Lift chocolate design or writing from paper and use to decorate. Hearts are easy to draw..
