Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

6 stalks celery, sliced

8 ounces canned water

1 cup green onion, sliced

2 hard cooked egg, chopped

Dressing:

8 ounces sour cream

2 tablespoons chutney

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well and set aside. In small bowl, stir together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Mix, over and chill several hours to blend flavors.

Makes 8 servings.
