Chicken Green Chili Casserole

Ingredients

9 chicken breasts, cooked and diced

20 ounces canned cream of chicken soup

10 ounce can evaporated milk

4 ounce can green chili peppers

1 medium onion, chopped

10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated

12 corn tortillas

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together soup, milk, peppers and onion and heat over medium heat. Add chicken. Cut tortillas into strips. Grease a 9 x 12 baking dish. Put layer of tortilla chips in casserole, then a layer of chicken mixture and half of cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes.

Makes 12 servings.
